We currently utilize a Universal Robot UR-10 collaborative robot at our facility and are implementing the open source Robot Operating System (ROS) to integrate various sensors, actuators, and other components within the workcell. Contact us for information on collaborative robots.

We will be working on implementing various end effectors on the robot, to include devices such a grippers/manipulators, laser heads to enable large scale additive manufacturing projects, and welding/cutting heads.  These end effectors will be used in conjunction with various sensors such as cameras and specialized software (such as Open CV) to enable “smart” manufacturing using machine vision.  Eventually we will have a multi-robot cell setup for robots to work interactively with each other and with humans.
